My family of 3 stayed here in July and we had an amazing experience! The 1-bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for us. I liked that it had a full kitchen that we utilized quite a bit. We also utilized the grill area which had multiple grills. We had an awesome view from our balcony, we could see the pools/grounds and the ocean. The sunsets were amazing! Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The movie theater on the property was a nice touch and played several kid-friendly movies. The shuttle service to/from the beach was convenient but you could also drive to the beach and get free parking on behalf of the resort. There was plenty of parking on site, the location was great, near lots of shops & restaurants. Many restaurants right on the beach. This place had the convenience of a hotel and the privacy/flexibility of an airbnb so you get the best of both worlds. It felt like a home away from home. We're looking forward to making this an annual family vacation!

Great amenities and friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay so much. We will definitely be back. Accross the street from the beach with free brach parkibg! Walkable distance to Baytown, which was really fun; live music, great restaurants, and fun atmosphere.

We spent a couple of days in a two-bedroom at Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Sandestin and had a wonderful experience. I especially wanted to give a shoutout to Sky, the manager, who was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and in a fantastic location — walkable to Baytowne Wharf restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Another great perk about staying there is that even though the property is located in the Baytowne area, you still have access to the beach across the street through the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa property. Having the convenience of enjoying both the bay side atmosphere and easy beach access was a huge bonus and definitely made the stay even better. The next time I’m in the Sandestin area, I would definitely choose this property again!
