Absolutely gorgeous, both my wedding ring and my bracelet! My husband and I were introduced to Suzan at Pallotta Jewelry by a friend of ours and we are so grateful to have found her. She deserves a thousand stars for her top notch service, her knowledge, and her one of a kind craftsmanship. Not only do we get amazing quality jewelry we get absolutely the best customer care and service. We have never felt rushed when we are there, we felt as if we are the only customers she has. She also gave us her honest and best opinion, but she allowed us to make my own decision. All the jewelry she designs for us is unique, I can’t stop staring at them. I visited Pallotta Jewelers about a month ago in search for a great deal on a diamond engagement ring. As I walked up the stairs I was impressed to see such a beautifully designed store with a really personal and private feel to it. Most importantly, the service was exceptional, I was educated and gained plenty of knowledge about diamonds that would help me make an important decision. The price I received was fantastic and I walked away with a beautiful ring which put a smile on my fiance's face.

My husband and I were so pleased with the quality of service with our wedding rings. They helped us design our rings and really spent the time with us to discuss everything. The environment was very relaxing and there was no pressure on you.

The staff at Pallotta Jewelry Design helped my fiancé to design the most beautiful engagement ring imaginable. And when we went there to choose our wedding bands, I was amazed to see why he chose to buy from them…Pallotta carries the finest quality products and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My husband decided to buy my engagement ring from Pallotta's. Soon after i recieved my engagement ring we started looking for our bands. We went back to Pallotta and found what we were looking for very quickly. We then went to other jewellers in the area to take a look at what they had and I very quickly realized at that time why my husband enjoyed doing business with Pallotta. They were very kind, honest people, who had a great selection and where able to make anything I asked for. My husband was the professional when it came to knowing about diamonds and what is good and what is bad, I on the other hand had no clue. Even tho we were just looking for wedding bands I walked out of their happy, content, and knowing alot about jewellery and diamonds then ever before.

I enjoyed my experience at Pallotta's. They are very friendly and caring. I bought my engagement ring and wedding bands 3 yrs. ago and they clean it at no charge anytime. Great cystomer service.
