The staff are fantastic, they're always available to help me out when I need it and even when I just want to look they're not all over me trying to get me to buy but nearby if I have questions. I LOVE the celebration canadian collection when I want to splurge and that if I have an idea in mind they can make it for me. I don't really care for the newer colored stones showing up in the stores. I get that a created gem has the same genetic makeup of a gem from the earth, but I want more of the real thing with that great color of a created stone. I love Peoples!
