okay so here goes......... my fiancé bought my beautiful engagement ring here and when we went to get it sized the lady was very rude and pushy... ok no big deal there.... fast forward a year when I had to go in and get a diamond replaced because it fell out. no big deal because we have the " diamond guarantee". when I FIRST went in , was to get 2 diamonds replaced.( my ring has 64 little diamonds) the same lady that sold us the ring a year prior was the one helping me and boy oh boy was she ever rude!!! she said I didn't have the proper paperwork and that to replace my diamond it was gonna cost me $300 BUT she reprinted the paperwork for me which would have been a nice gesture if she didn't treat me like a piece of crap and berate me in front of everyone while doing it! anyways in order for this guarantee to work I have to bring my ring in every 6 months to get looked at and signed off on! no problem! so this December was when I was due to bring my ring in to get looked at and signed off on which was great because ANOTHER diamond had fallen out! when I got there WITH my paperwork the sales lady was THE RUDDEST TO ME EVER!!! first off she looked at my sequined red ugg boots and shook her head , then she said BO not gonna happen!! I LOST IT ON HER!! she told me I was LYING about bringing my ring in 6 months ago!! I told her I got 2 diamonds replaced in June and I was to bring my paperwork in which I was doing and she told me the paperwork was no good and that it was IMPOSSIBLE!!! I pointed my di ger in her face and screamed at her saying I DONT APPRECIATE BEING CALLED A LIAR!! I had my 10 month old baby with me and she said they have NO record of my last visit in the computer therefore my warrantee was no good!!! TRYING TO RIP ME OFF!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! everytime I leave that place I'm in years and they make me feel horrible!!!! shop elsewhere!!! DO NOT SUPPORT PEOPLES !!! I'm not kidding it was awful and I'm dreading going in to pick my ring up
