I just bought a watch and after I gave the lady the payment, she says that "you will have 30 days to return the watch but once I take these links out to adjust the strap to your size, that is void and we will not accept the watch back" Thats so ridiculous. I have to have the links taken out to wear the watch, she tells me this afterwards....so I asked for my money back - which she just put in the till and she says I have to fill out paperwork to get the money back. What poor customer service and poor policies. I reccommend that if you want to buy a watch, buy it from a reputed dealer, from a watch store, even sears has better customer service than these people. What a scam.
