Bought an engagement ring 35 yers ago and Mr. Tankosic did a great job of explaining the gemology , made photo record of the ring and stone. Also a record of natural occlusions to aid in identifying if it was ever lost or stolen. Fair price and terrific service. 10 years later the ring was lost and we never got around to replacing it till a few months go for our 35th Aniversary. We decided to replace it with identical setting and stone cut of slightly larger size. This was easy to do from their meticulous records. Same care and attention to detail as 35 years ago and a great price.

They have poor quality, over priced engagement rings. My husband bought mine at petars 30 years ago. I brought it in every month to be cleaned and checked . The 6th month I brought it in I forgot the paper work for the cleaning and check. They looked at the ring and said this isn't from our store , it's a poor quality ring, so I left the store. I went to another jewelry store and was told the diamonds were a very low grade even though Petars said they were top quality. I brought my paper with my ring back to petars and they didn't know what to say because they had told me an hour earlier it wasn't a ring from their store. About 8 months after owning the ring 2 of the diamonds turned milky white. When I took it back to show them they wouldn't do anything about the bad diamonds, or even exchange the ring. My suggestion to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring would be to STAY CLEAR of Petars jeweler..

This person obviously hasn't looked under a loop or microscope to compare her stones to the pictures and diagrams provided by the gemologist, M. Tankosic. If at any time prior to bringing in the ring you had taken it to another dealer, you may have had the stones in question changed by that dealership. From my previous experience these people only sold the best quality goods and at an extremely competitive price. Please review who has had access to your ring prior to bringing it in to the store for a free cleaning and polishing.
