I have bought jewellery in St Catharines from other places like Kavar or Peoples, and nobody has the pricing and service to match Royalist. It is a smaller shop and the service is very personal and you dont just feel like another customer who is being sold on something you might not even want. At royalist, they really take the time to see what it is you want and discuss your best options regarding pricing, quality and they answer any questions you may have without rushing you. I have bought our wedding rings, engagement ring, diamond necklace and diamond earings there and will always go back, while recommending it to anyone I know. Even with any slight problem, like a loose clasp, it has been fixed while I waited and explained how to keep it from happening again. I really cant say enough good things about Royalist, as I used to hate going into jewellery stores, but now it is enjoyable.
