I have trouble finding clothes that fit me correctly. I believe I am a med-large but neither fit. So i wear oversized XL. But Lucky Brand large fit amazing.

The Chesterfield location is the worst!! Salespeople are rude and not helpful. Had a return from an online purchase. The blond chick at the register, rudely stated, before I could say anything, their system was down for online returns, and I would need to mail the product back. I asked would the system be down for 60 days?!!!! That is how long I had to get the item returned. She stared blankly, and I left.

I bought 2 pairs of lucky jeans in August 2024 (5mo ago). I loved the stretch and fit. Now the crotch in both pairs have holes in them. I called the company and they said I was outside of the return window, so they could only offer me a 20% discount on another pair. Why would I buy more of a product that doesn’t hold up and from a company that doesn’t stand by their quality. Save your money.

Lucky brand is one of my favorites. I love their outlet stores and the prices are great for the quality. This store is easy to shop and navigate. Cashier was friendly and not pushy. Store was clean and had a full selection. They offer some of the comfortable and stylish t-shirts on the market

I was going to wear a pair of jeans and took the tags off. I figured I could at least exchange them when I didn’t really care for them with my shoes on. Nope. So now I’m in the hole $60.00 with a pair of stretch pants I’m never going to wear. I used to love their jeans, but I can tell why they’re going out of business now. So if anyone is interested in the Heritage fit size 31 get at me. Lol.
