We have had an issue with sections of our driveway sinking due to a sprinkler leak. We received several quotes for the repair and went with APD. After I made the deposit, I had to postpone the repairs and the company was great to work with getting us rescheduled. Josh called and texted with me the day of and communicated the time of arrival and once they were done. They were here just a couple hours and did a great job - the driveway is safe to walk on again! APD served our house a couple years ago leveling driveway and did great. Noticed something and saw their truck in the neighborhood. Joe came right over after his call to check it out. Took 5mins to diagnose there was no issue. They will be our go to add referral for when someone asks. Great communication as well.

After having other companies estimate repairs we felt Josh knew exactly what was needed to stabilize our home and porch . He recommended push piers for the home slab and helical piles with polyfoam for the porch. Crews showed up on time every day, very polite, hard working , and described every step of the process. Pleased with their care for the property and sprinklers around the work area ,and cleanup was excellent. Interior doors close better in our home now. I would highly recommend APD for foundation repair.

Our driveway had a lot of cracks and shifted concrete up to 4 inches. I spent several months looking for an affordable concrete company in Crystal River. The cheapest estimate for new concrete pavement was close to $10,000.00. APD leveled my long driveway in 4 hours and for a quarter of the price for concrete. It was a great pleasure to work with the APD Foundation Repair company. They are ALL experienced, knowledgeable, and good communicators. APD did an excellent job for us. APD Foundation repair is an extremely professional company ! Josh my first initial contact and whom gave the estimate was extremely knowledgeable on the work he was selling. He was extremely professional , not only did he send me an introduction video of himself so i can see whom i am working with the day prior to his arrival he also showed up on time and was very polite comfortable talking too. He got the company to work with me and delayed the work for me when my great grandmother passed away. My second contact was with Becky Hines the office manager a very polite and professional individual as well. She was on top it at all times never faulted in communication and assurance. My third and last contact with the company was with the team of Patrick and Dennis. These two gentlemen showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Introduced themselves professionally and were extremely polite to me and my family. Did an amazing job on my walkway as well worked fast and efficient. Cleaned up the walkway of old cement buildup the previous owners left and also filled in grown with some top soil they had left over. Overall i have been extremely satisfied with the company and the individuals of the company and the work. This company deserves this 5 star rating.
