Very disappointing experience with this D-BAT location. D-BAT advertises that memberships can be used at locations nationwide, yet this location now refuses to honor our membership from D-BAT Paulding even though we have used that same membership here before without an issue.

Staff told us we would need to purchase TWO separate D-BAT memberships to use both facilities. Their explanation is that they're owned by TOCA Soccer, but according to D-BAT corporate, they're still a D-BAT franchise and this should not be happening. If you're operating under the D-BAT name, customers shouldn't find out after purchasing a membership that an advertised benefit won't be honored.

Unfortunately, we've had issues with the facility itself too. The pitching machines are inconsistent, some of the balls are ripped up, and we recently wasted money on three rounds across 3 different cages trying to get at least one machine to throw hittable pitches. The pitches weren't even making it to the plate despite multiple adjustments.

We also recently had a practice booked from 4–5 PM. About 10 minutes before our scheduled time was over, staff started telling us we needed to leave because they closed at 5. We didn't even receive the full hour we had reserved.

Between the membership issue, unusable cage rounds, not receiving our full reserved time, and the lack of helpfulness from staff when concerns are raised, it's become incredibly frustrating to spend money here.

I highly recommend Coach Jacob! He has been working with my 12 year old son for a little over a year now and I will say that he truly does pay attention to the skills of each kid and understands how they need to learn on their level. I’ve seen the improvement in my son immensely. His hitting motion has become so strong. Jacob is a great communicator, motivator, mentor and will really help to push your kids to the potential they can be!

The facility overall is awesome, very supportive staff!

We can’t say enough amazing things about Coach Jack. He has done amazing things with our son helping to teach him the correct mechanics with his hitting. He is so patient and encouraging, and makes learning the game fun.

We originally discovered D-BAT West Cobb through their partnership with our son's Little League at Oregon Park, and it has been a game-changer for us!

The facility itself is truly top-notch—always clean, well-maintained, and professional. From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome every time we walk through the door.

We eventually decided to sign up for a Platinum Membership, and it has been worth every penny. Our son loves having the freedom to use the batting cages and pitching machines whenever he wants to get extra reps in.

The biggest highlight for us, however, has been the one-on-one coaching with Coach Daniel. He provides such focused, personalized instruction, and we have seen a significant improvement in our son’s performance on the field during games.

If you're looking to take your ballplayer's game to the next level, definitely check them out!

We attended a 8 year olds birthday party. There is soccer and batting cages. They have tee and machine run cages for the kids and adults. Simple instructor driven play time of kickball and whiffle ball.
