These employees are disgruntled and take it out on the customers. They are condescending and rude. They need to remember the customers keep them in business and manners and courtesy are free. Don't compare past situations to new customers. Be nice to little kids and don't discourage. The pit crew are the nicest, Claude is a pure gent and genuine, he is also happy and seems to like his job. The grumpy old men need a lesson in manners and how to teach without discouraging. Poor kids. Build them up for goodness sake. Christian was also an asset to this business who seems to love his job and genuinely wants to see riders grow and learn. Others should take a lesson from this young man's fresh, warm approach. People pay all that money, money they work hard for and expect a degree of customer service not a lecture, scolding or condescension. People can shop around or go elsewhere but came to you as a consumer. So as the service provider, deliver the best you can. Be nice. Don't whisper. Encourage. Cheer the riders on. Notice their strengths not just their weaknesses. Don't take my money and then treat my family as a pain. Don't read this review and blow it off, take it to heart, think about it. Change your ways, smiles and kindness are free. Life is too short.
