I ordered from this store through Uber Eats and ordered two flavours: Choco-Banana and Tiramisu. Unfortunately, half of my order was incorrect. I received the Nerds flavour instead of the Tiramisu. I'm genuinely confused as to how this mistake happened, as "Nerds" and "Tiramisu" are completely different flavours and aren't remotely similar in flavour or wording.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service when I called the store to resolve the issue. The woman on the phone repeatedly walked away during the conversation, so I constantly had to ask if she could hear me and repeat myself multiple times because she wouldn't stay on the line long enough to listen to a single sentence. It felt like she wasn't interested in helping or even hearing what the issue was.

Poor customer service makes the situation much worse. I expected much better attention to detail and a more professional response when trying to resolve the issue.

I have attached a photo of my receipt and the order I got instead. What makes this even worse is that I paid $2 extra dollars for the flavour I didn't get.

Man in the front counter can do a better job by smiling and not being that serious. Service was good. It was our first time and well spent over $50 and it was worth it. Place gets crowded due to their service.

Mr. Puffs is a popular dessert bar and café known for its freshly made-to-order Greek doughnuts, or loukoumades. These signature "Puffs" are deep-fried yeast-based dough balls that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Great service & friendly staff here at Mr. Puffs, York Mills Gardens, 808 York Mills Rd Unit 9, North York, Ontario, Canada.

Eaten them many time but never been inside. Took my wife here for the first time. Wow! This is some next level awesomeness. Staff are very friendly and super efficient. Store is small but there are a few places to sit. Very very clean place. Excellent after dinner treats! Fluffy sweet and savoury. Had the sugar cinnamon ones for the first time. Wow yum. Highly recommend this place for any sweet tooth. Thanks for the great end to our evening!
