I went with my fiancé to purchase some pants for him at this store,, the staff were very helpful and nice. However when we got home and he tried them on they did not fit and he decided he didn’t like the look anyways. We went back to return them, the lady that helped us(pretty sure was a manager) seemed nice at first, all smiley. Her face immediately dropped when we said we wanted to return the items instead of exchange. She went silent till the process was over. Had an annoyed look on her face.. whole personality change. My fiancé tried to hand her the empty bag back and she just turned away… I get it’s annoying to have to help us return the items, but I felt like she was acting like it was coming out of her paycheck… weird experience, and I hate it because we usually love lucky brand clothes ….

Although I've had wear and tear issues with jeans I've bought here in the past, the staff at this location have always been very helpful and friendly. The store manager (Alexandria) is incredibly accommodating and kind. She went above and beyond helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She even went as far as to price match a shirt I was buying because I found it for significantly cheaper online at Belks. Top tier customer service!

My wife ordered me an amazing leather jacket for Christmas, unfortunately it was one size too small. I called the “Customer Service Dept”, and quickly learned that they do not offer true customer service like you would expect from a company like Lucky Brands. The only thing I asked for was to have them place a new order for me with the correct size, and the most important part was that I could receive the correct size for the same sale price that my wife purchased the jacket for. I was immediately told that my request was impossible for her to process at the Customer Service level, and that my only choice was to see if my local store had the correct size available. I informed her that my wife originally ordered online because the Greenville store only had 2 available and they were definitely too small. As soon as I hung up the phone I told my wife that I was going to return the jacket at the store, and that I would NEVER shop at Lucky Brands again even though two weeks prior I received AMAZING customer service at the store level! When I returned my jacket I spoke with Alexandria at the register and she apologized to me several times, and told me that she would be more than happy to process my original request. Well my jacket was delivered yesterday and it fit perfectly!! Thank you Alexandria and everyone that works at the Greenville location, you delivered the highest standards of Customer Service at store level, when it should have come from the department that claims to be “Customer Service”!!!

This store is amazing! The staff are always friendly no matter when I go in. They are always willing to help. I was a bit confused as the email I received had pants on sale 25% with a 20% off coupon. The email fine print stated I could use it in store, but when I went in, the jeans weren't 25% off. I showed the employee here the email, and they helped me find new jeans and gave me both deals. The email and sale difference made me warry, but the staff here was so relaxed and accommodating that it put me at ease, and I was able to find new jeans! I do like Lucky Brand clothing, but without the people who work in this store, I wouldn't shop here. I'm so glad we have a physical store nearby now with such great people. I will definitely go back for more! 😀

Alexandra at Lucky in Haywood Mall is awesome! I love Lucky & I love their jeans. I needed some customer service help & just wanted to give Alexandra a big huge thank you because she gave me awesome customer service, was nice, friendly and I really want to say she’s great!!! She also helped my husband find a shirt that he loves, and she showed me a shirt that I loved & had to buy! The whole staff is great. Thank you!
