I reached out for a quote on a custom gaming PC. The team was polite and responsive, but the pricing was far higher than typical retail.

For example, the quote included 32GB DDR5 RAM at over $400 and an RTX 5070 priced at $1,159, which is significantly above common market pricing. Labor was also quoted at $575. Nothing deceptive happened, but the total cost was much higher than expected for the parts listed.

Posting this for anyone comparing quotes. Definitely recommend checking current retail prices and getting multiple estimates before moving forward.

Sikander was so helpful to me, would absolutely recommend him! I had a laptop that had had some issues, and I went to him for help deciding what to do. He provided an amazing breakdown of my situation, and was able to educate me really well on my options. When I asked to take a few days to consider, he wasn’t pushy at all, and td me to take my time. While I didn’t end up getting repairs from him, I will certainly be coming back to get my computer serviced every year. Highly recommend, it’s amazing tech support done locally!
