Our air conditioner went out on a hot Saturday and Dustin was at our house an hour after I called! After a different company “fixed” the issue, he actually fixed it and explained things to me every step of the way!! He was very knowledgeable and personable and I would highly recommend him to anyone! It was a great experience and I was so grateful it could be fixed so quickly!

Called set up appointment he was there the very next morning. Very knowledgeable, and was willing to figure out what was going on in my system. I'm very happy with his Services as others were not willing to even try to figure out what was going on.

The gentleman at alpha were very responsive, respectful, prompt and thorough. Said what they could do, and followed through. Looks great, works great and left nothing undone. They are also very personable and just a joy to work with. Several problems arose as they always do and these guys just work the problem until the job is done. I have no doubt that whatever your need they will facilitate and complete to your satisfaction. Great business.

I recently had a Mitsubishi ductless Hyper Heat system installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the initial quote to final installation, the communication was clear and professional. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and there were no surprises.

The install was clean, efficient, and done exactly as discussed. The crew showed up on time, respected the property, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

The price was very reasonable compared to other contractors I received quotes from, especially considering the quality of equipment and warranty included.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Alpha Air Heating and Cooling to anyone considering a mini-split or HVAC upgrade.
