On Canada Day my husband went to the basement and found water leaking out of the hot water tank. I decided to do a Facebook post in our neighbourhood group and immediately got tons of advice and recommendations. We ended up going with the first person who responded And privately messaged wanting to help and they were awesome.
Gave us a quote and were able to come the next morning And showed up in the time frame predicted.
Very professional, very responsive, friendly and hardworking, will absolutely use again for future plumbing needs!
Thanks K&R Plumbing for giving us our hot water back and helping to keeping our basement dry!!

After getting a few quotes for A/C installation in Sherwood Park, we decided to go with K & R Plumbing and we're glad we did.

Kyle was straightforward, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. There was no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and quality work. The installation was clean, professional, and completed exactly as promised.

It's hard to find good quality trades people who care about the details these days, but Kyle definitely does. Our new A/C unit looks great, runs perfectly, and gives us confidence that the job was done right.

If you're looking for A/C installation in Sherwood Park, I would highly recommend Kyle and the team at K & R Plumbing.

We had a new air conditioner installed, and they were quick to get back to me on quote, and quick book in to have the service done. In addition the install itself quick and they were clean about it. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing, heating or air conditioner work in Sherwood Park! Thanks Kyle!

After seeing their 5-star Google reviews, I reached out about my failing water heater. Kyle was incredibly responsive and, unlike other companies, didn't try to charge an assessment fee just to show up. He was extremely personable, professional, and gave me clear options and solutions without any 'nickel and diming.' From the first call to a full water tank installation, the entire process took less than 24 hours. Exceptional service and fair pricing, highly recommend for any plumbing or heating emergency and or maintenance.

Kyle was great at installing our whole home humidifier. Very professional. He walked me through what each piece of the unit does, how to change the settings for different seasons and how to take it apart to see inside if needed. Answered all the questions I had. Definitely recommend. Great pricing as well!

Wholeheartedly recommend K & R Plumbing- very responsive , great communication, and prompt service! Kitchen sink pipe must have been corroding for some time and then actually popped a hole! Shawn took care of it in no time, cost was very reasonable - will be calling K & R for all our future plumbing and furnace needs- thanks again!
