I ordered ahead and my drink was ready when I pulled up, with a friendly "of course, just pull up to the window, we're just finishing that up".

I have never gotten a drink at this location I was satisfied with. I once ordered a matcha that was half foam, and tasted like milk. Not sure what is going on with the foam because it has occurred multiple times with different drinks due to excessive shaking/blending. They don’t carry the food items that they typically would (and advertise on their website). The service is fine, but because you cannot walk into an actual building, there is not much of an interaction.

There was a mixup with my order in that the mobile order didn't go through, but the young ladies working were so accommodating and attentive. They took care of getting me my order.

My only reason to drop a star is that people like to know the cost of what they ordered before getting to the window so they can have cash ready and not hold up drive thru line. Also I've noticed that different staff have charged differently for what I get and it's usually matcha tea latte small and a muffin.

There isn't a lot to say about the "atmosphere" of a place that doesn't have any space to go inside or eat. Because it is more like a drive-thru booth that also has a walk-up window, they are limited on what they can offer in terms of sandwiches and the like. It is mostly just for beverages like coffee, great espresso, smoothies, that sort of thing.
It must be a nice atmosphere inside for the workers, though. There are never more than a couple of people working, but I have never had a worker/server here be grouchy or rude, and I have never had to wait for more than a minute or two after ordering for my order to be ready at the window. I love ordering ahead, you just drive up and tell them at the speaker that you are there, drive to the next window, and they hand it right to you. Nice people, great coffee!
