I went to the Cookworks store on West Broadway and they have done an incredible job with the renovation. They have now a Viking kitchen for cooking classes and they are offering free demonstrations during the weekend where you can asked questions to the Chefs. Way better than Williams and Sonoma for the prices but I also want to support Canadian business. Well done!

I could not fault the store when I was setting up a wedding registry, I found the lady I dealt with at the Broadway store to be very friendly and helpful, perhaps this was because technically I was shopping for about $5000 of items (even if someone else will be paying for them). I would recommend the store, especially as they are having a store closing event with 20% off everything when I was there.

I would agree with other reviews as posted .. I attended the Howe St. store with my GF on Christmas Eve. The manager was quite rude and pushy. When my GF wished her a Merry Christmas she just turned around and walked away. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere!!

A horrible experience in a cooking store. The Howe Street store had really nasty staff who actually did not 'know their stuff'. I had to buy a wedding present and they informed me I was in the wrong store. I had to go to another store on Broadway. I asked a few questions about knives and cutting boards . They had no idea what the products were all about. It is abvious that this is just a rip off copy of Williams and Sonoma which has been around for about 30 years. Go there. It is on Granville and they give you samples and recipes and the staff are informed and well trained. They go the extra mile.
