Very poor client services with defect on product sold at this shop - Bought a Bonjour Carafe and it crack the first time hot water was poured into it - when returning the product to the shop, the manager argued that the water was probably too hot and refused to reimburse or offer replacement . In addition, the manager was very rude and her attitude demonstrated lack of respect when she immediatly accused the client of misusing the product.......excuse me !!!! hot water in a glass coffee pot should not cause the glass to crack and the manager should understand that may be there is a defect with this particular item and she should take responsibility to deal with the issue with the company and at least provide the client with a proper product.
Very disgusting behaviour from the manager!!!
