This young Cook in the bag cooked the best Wingstop I’ve had in years. I almost gave up on Wingstop because places like YUCAIPA and other places overcook the chicken and don’t give enough sauce or spices on it. This Wingstop in Redlands is the opposite plus everyone from the MANAGER to the Cook in the back was friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we were welcomed and comfortable and taking care of very well, not to mention cooking in the bag cook the best damn chicken in a little while.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Annndddd if you order over the phone check the online price!
I ordered over the phone with Andrew and was quoted $14 more than the same order online. I call to ask about the price difference and was placed on hold so long the phone hangs up. That happened a few times, their resolution center is placing you on hold until the call drops. Once In person they corrected the $14 overcharge. Come home, get the chicken and you can count the specks of lemon pepper on it, extremely dry and unseasoned. I made sure to ask for season fries twice over the phone. Received regular cold fries. Call to speak to the manager, once again placed on an endless hold. So I urge you to triple check everything at this location.

I absolutely love going to this Wingstop! Always always always having encountered Exceptional customer service from all the employees! They are very busy, but also respectful of your time and attentive, while you wait.

Homeless going in and out of there. Food was skimpy and with barley any sauce. Little to no fries either. I never had an encounter like this. Very disappointing in paying FOR A MEAL.
