100 times cleaner and friendlier that the Beltline location. First time here and won’t return to the other location. Our order was correct and fresh. Easier in and out than the other store and the employees were much friendlier.

I went to Wingstop tonight and spent almost $40 on my order. About two minutes after placing it, I realized I forgot to ask for my wings to be fried hard, so I went back to the counter and asked if they could please fry them hard.

Instead of trying to accommodate my request, I was told the wings had already been dropped and there was nothing they could do.

That was extremely frustrating. I understand that I forgot to mention it when I initially ordered, but I came back literally a couple of minutes later. I’m spending almost $40 on food, and if I’m asking for my wings to be cooked a certain way, I expect a reasonable effort to accommodate that request.

I will say that the gentleman at the register was nice, and I appreciate that. My issue is with being told that nothing could be done simply because the wings had already been dropped. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I wanted my wings fried hard because that is how I prefer to eat them.

If my wings come out soft or rubbery after I specifically asked for them to be fried hard, then I absolutely will be returning and requesting a refund. When customers are spending their money at your establishment, reasonable requests regarding how their food is prepared should be taken seriously.

I visited Wingstop for the first time last Saturday, and my food was fresh and delicious. Surprisingly, the wings were also a nice size. I was impressed enough that I decided to go back today.

Unfortunately, today's experience was a huge disappointment.

Not only were the wings not fresh, but they were also dry and overly crunchy, as if they had been cooked twice. To make matters worse, the wings were extremely small—seriously, they looked like party wings.

If—and that's a big IF—I ever order from this location again, I'll be asking to see the size of the wings before placing my order. I'll also request that they be cooked fresh. Wingstop claims their wings are cooked to order, but based on my experience today, that doesn't seem to be the case. I guess it depends on when you visit.

My advice: Check your order before leaving. The quality and portion size can vary significantly from one visit to the next.

When you’re struggling and don’t have a lot of money, I need to survive come to this location. This Wingstop is the number eight. Come talk to Jonathon and Zeak. They are the nicest people I’ve ever met. I’m currently going through mental disability and about to join the army reserves and that call is such so scary to get. I do the coupons to get the free french fries and I’ve been able to feed the homeless. I’ve been able to eat the meals just for doing the survey if you have any questions or need help doing the survey, give me a call but come to this Wingstop. This is the best one in town unless there’s another one that I haven’t been to. I’ve been to North Dallas. I’ve been to Fort Worth Irving I’ve been to Garland, but sometimes every Wingstop is there but inside is what makes it different north Dallas has amazing atmosphere as well. I’ll come. I’m gonna give them a review but this one is a normal great atmosphere. They have a bunch of TVs for the draft. That’s why I’m here watching the NFL draft watching my Cowboys. Come here they will work with you. They will understand they help out army reserves Christians that is struggling going through an eviction and a divorce but we made it through. Thank you Wingstop best place ever.
