Today we ordered the Watch Party Bundle which was 20 wings & a LG Fry. Also a 3 piece crispy tender meal for our daughter. Let me just say. The wings were AWFUL.So AWFUL, I only ate 1. My husband was Hangry and forced himself to eat 5, when he usually will eat 16. I just threw the rest in the trash. (Fyi. We DO NOT waste food in our house.) He ate several fries. I ate a few. The seasoning on the fries were tasty,but you could taste the old oil. So we really didn't like them. My daughter liked the chicken tenders. If we hadn't been moving furniture back and forth for 6+ hours today, I would have brought it all back. However, we were home already and just wore out. We just wanted to pick up our dinner order and go home and finally relax and watch the first UF football game of the season. We ended up making ham sandwiches. 🫤 To be specific about the problem with the wings. The meat inside every wing was shriveled up hard and chewy. The only positives today, My husband said the employees were nice when picking up our order, my daughter liked her tenders,we thought the taste of the buffalo sauce was great and the ranch dressing was tasty. But, what good is that if you can't eat the wings?

My favorite fast food. Best Wings and fries around. Wish they didn't change the soda machine. Not much selection anymore for drinks like they used to have. My go to is gone now. Was a bit disappointed by this. But food is on point. Staff is nice too

I've always considered Wingstop a go-to for wings, especially because of the great sauce options, and their fries have consistently been some of my favorites, second only to Five Guys.

Unfortunately, the service and order accuracy are just too inconsistent for me to recommend them. On my most recent pickup order, the bag was sealed and taped shut, but they completely left out the fries. I didn't discover this until I got home after a 30-minute drive, so obviously driving another hour round trip just to correct their mistake wasn't reasonable.

I contacted Wingstop corporate about the issue and haven't received a reply or any attempt to make it right.

Mistakes happen, but basic order accuracy should be one of the easiest things for a restaurant to get right. If you're sealing a bag before handing it to a customer, how difficult is it to quickly double-check that everything on the receipt is actually in the bag? It also makes me wonder how often DoorDash delivery drivers run into the same problem since they can't open sealed bags to verify orders themselves.

Great food when the order is right, but the inconsistent service and lack of response when something goes wrong make it difficult to recommend.

This place is nasty. Food is over cooked and dry . Definitely not worth the money. One and done forever.

The boneless chicken and the spicy sauce was so wonderful, but didn't burn my mouth. But seriously, the spicy was great. One thing I didn't like, it was the french fries had to much salt. Just next time, ask for salt.
