I ordered Cajun wings with Extra seasoning fries. The past 3 orders not only are the wings barely covered in sauce and seasoning, but its dry and the fries barely have anything. They aren't consistent enough at this location for the price of wings I've bought the last 3 times. I just wish they put more effort into these wings for me to keep coming back. Until then its a 2 stars for now.

I ordered over 80 dollars' worth of food and specifically requested it to be cooked well done. When I got home, I noticed there was still raw chicken. Since it was too far to return, I cooked it myself in my air fryer. I called the store and spoke with I believe Juan, who told me they would give me a $50 gift card, but I never received it. They failed to realize that without customers like myself and others who buy from them, they wouldn’t be in business. They need to get our damn food right. Sick of people who don’t want to work if you don’t want to work in a food business go elsewhere I should sue them I have proof of pictures of my food. Maybe they take this more seriously.

My reason for not eating wing stop in Bakersfield is mainly all the young kids working they don’t know how to treat quest
Other city locations do so much better
Selma or Paso Robles coffee road location need to do better

This Wingstop is still the GOAT in Bakersfield, IMO! The management and crew consistently deliver,
and the quality speaks for itself. My order was ready quickly, and the wings were hot, fresh, and
perfectly cooked
And those fries?! Best fast food fries I've had..
Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, great service, and great food. The only let down today was the
lack of flavor from my hot honey wings.. They may need to recheck the flavor on this sauce,as its
very lacking of honey..My recommendation to the low raters.,eat and order your wings there
period,

Absolutely grossed out!

It's one thing to get spoiled food but bad customer service is a big no!

We ordered take out and opted for delivery since the evening was busy. Delivery is a convenience and we were charged a fee, additionally we provided a nice tip.. a little over 10 bucks. The wings were all shoved in the same containers. Dry chicken had sauce all over them. Not a big deal, we delt with it. The frys though, one order were black! One order was wet and mushy. Things happen, not a big deal. We called and asked for a refund. Explained by the time the food was redelivered, the rest of the food would be cold. She refused the refund and said they could ONLY remake it. I asked if she would redeliver it, she said no. Again I said to just refund the order and I could email the photo. Refused. Again, we only asked for the frys, not the whole meals to be refunded. We were more than understanding... photo speaks for itself and the service provided speaks volumes to the respect and care they are providing to the community.
