Awesome place. It was clean, but old. Beds were comfortable. Neat opportunity to stay here. My only complaint would be the light over the door coming in, but this is an old building with old doors and that is the way they were made. If you have trouble sleeping with the light (good enough for nightlight), you may want to bring a sleeping mask to assist. Gardens are nice. Good area to sit outside. Great stay and I would go back again.

We're musicians from OKC and I wish every venue treated us like the Midland Railroad Hotel does!! Their rooms are cozy (the AC is top notch), their food is delicious and their staff works hard! Appreciate you all.
Thanks for supporting live music!

Our room had the worst odor imaginable. The linens on the bed smelled terrible. Air conditioning incapable of cooling the room, staying at 80+ degrees. One single light in room, TV only slightly larger than an iPad. Sink doesn’t drain, shower doesn’t work completely. Staff, if you can find anyone (desk is typically unstaffed) isn’t helpful or seems to care. Avoid.

We had an amazing pit stop at the Midland Railroad Hotel & Restaurant. It’s a quaint little hotel in a cute little town. We got in right before dinner (make dinner reservations - we didn’t and learned the hard way!) and walked around the town. The rooms were nice and clean. It’s a neat little historic spot, and you can catch the Czech egg across the tracks, and all the other eggs scattered throughout town! The restaurant was busy, and it took some time, but the food was good and we didn’t have anything else to do, so it was no big deal!

Very old but good shape for it's age. Like a trip to the past...actual keys for your room, a separate hot and cold water faucet in your room, etc.
Friendly people. Great restaurant in the basement with amazing food, staff and prices. Decent continental breakfast. The bed had an old spring type mattress, which should have been replaced years ago.. Sleep was nearly impossible. This was literally the only bad thing we experienced, but a pretty significant one.
