We go to this particular location, almost every Sunday. The service is exceptional. There is one employee in particular, named Andrew, who helped us this last time and he stood out because of not only his hospitality, but he shared with us some information on how Raising Canes was founded and then also a little about what number their store was in that evolution of development to California. Everyone is completely stable and I would say they exceed the service standards of places like Chick-fil-A or In-N-Out which I frequent as well.

Been to many Raising Canes locations and this is pretty consistent with other locations. Service is pretty quick here and staff are friendly which is great. I try to order online if I were to pickup and it's always ready when I arrive shortly.

Parking is plentiful outside, free parking lot with plenty of spots.

They have a drive through which gets pretty packed during peak hours. Also have plenty of seating inside and is moderately spacious. What's efficient is that the vibe is very clean overall, not smelly at all but instead it's filled with chicken smell, very adequate.

My go to here is the box combo, 4 pieces of fried chicken, sub the coleslaw for extra toast, and some fries. Food is very tasty. Often times the chicken strips I receive are big and tender, not dry at all and very crunchy. Toast is definitely the star of the show, crunchy on the outside with a soft interior. Very warm and tasty. The Canes Sauce works with everything on the combo, not too salty, but not too sweet either. Sauce is perfect.

Overall, a solid spot in Chino Hills, I do wish that they upgrade their rewards program to be more accessible, other than that, no other cons. Very solid spot overall.

I came in to order a big tray, and Demi provided such wonderful service. He was very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. He offered extra sauces and plates without me even having to ask, which was very helpful. Demi was warm and welcoming, and his great customer service made the whole experience even better. Easy to get to and busy. Couple that with their closest neighbor, In-&-Out Burger, make sure you use the restroom BEFORE leaving home cuz it's gonna be a while. 1st time ordering a tail gator. $104 bux! Didbt really have that far to go so I was a little surprised that the food wasn't that hot. Don't get me wrong it was good but the one thing that I have always experienced was that it was piping hot. From the 1st bite to the last! HOT! The gallon of Canned Sweet Tea was delicious too BTW 😋

Keep it up Cane's! You guys are still smashing it. Woot woot!

My son loves it here , so it's a nice treat for him and my nephew all the time they love the chicken and the bread is really good, I honestly think it's to pricey, for chicken and fries , but to each is own...will definitely come back
