Raising Canes.. I WANT to like you more but y’all make it difficult! 3 visits back to back with errors in my order have happened which could have easily been avoided.

Your food is good and your employees are friendly but I’m not sure if they listen to what the customer wants.

1st visit I asked for no sauce on my chicken sandwiches. The nice associate replied- “okay extra sauce on the side?”

I responded: “no thank you. NO SAUCE whatsoever please” and she said okay.

My order came with 2 chicken sandwiches with EXTRA sauce in them and on the side.

2nd order: Again 2 chicken sandwiches with NO SAUCE. associate says okay…then they gave me 1 sandwich with sauce and the second one without.

3rd time ( at this point I’m saying PLEASE at the drive thru multiple times to make sure no sauce…

They didn’t have sauce but instead came with very odd pieces of chicken that look nothing like the chicken fingers we normally have and were hard and inedible. I emailed the manager Victoria and pending reply for my replacement sandwich.

Cmon you guys.. why can’t you get your stuff together? Your food is GOOD. Your friendly. You guys just are terrible at listening and that’s unfortunate because I can’t trust to place any catering orders with you guys for my company who has WEEKLY meetings and willing to spend money on whatever the team wants. I can’t risk getting my doctors and directors upset because they don’t get the food they ordered. So my company has taken our weekly catering to other restaurants in the district even though we would prefer Raising Canes.

If you are looking for the best chicken tenders, Raising Caines has them. The special sauce is amazing. This location has friendly staff and clean tables.

You buy a meal consisting of just four pieces of chicken for $9, and you don't even get any sauce to go with it.👎👎👎👎👎
The staff even display a bad attitude—yet you still have to ask them for things and pay extra for them.
