Brand new resident here at the Amalfi and the application to move in process couldn’t have been easier. That’s a big thanks to Diana at the front office. She’s been so helpful and accommodating for both me and my girlfriend. She sold us on living here after our first visit and so glad she did. Currently love living here, checks all of our boxes.

We just moved into the Amalfi Clearwater apartments and we are in love with everything about this complex! Diana helped us pick the right fit for us and she was extremely helpful and personable. She has also been so kind with the entire process and has made everything feel so easy. The grounds here are some of the most well kept I have ever seen. The apartment was super clean when we moved in and is so spacious! I felt very safe living here and I am so excited to settle in!

I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service we received from Christian, the maintenance technician, and Diana, the property manager at Amalfi Apartments. From the moment we placed our work order, everything was handled quickly and efficiently.

Christian was professional, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable, he resolved the issue promptly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Diana was also very responsive and ensured the request was addressed in a timely manner, which we truly appreciated.

I recently moved to The Amalfi, it is a very nice, clean, and quiet complex. The apartment is very nicely maintained, and well equipped. The manager, Diana, is very awsome, kind and so helpful in everything, she did everything professionally, and explained everything to me clearly as the move in process went smoothly. I am so glad and happy to be part of this community.
