My experience was not bad at all. The speed of which my food was prepared was really fast. My only issue was more with the fact that the food lacks flavor. I could tell that the food was fresh but it just didnt have much flavor to it all.

This is the second time I’ve used curbside and experienced unacceptable delays. During my first visit, I waited over 15 minutes for my order to be brought out. On my second visit, after nearly the same amount of time and seeing employees standing around, I had to go inside to retrieve my order myself.

Curbside service is supposed to save customers time, not waste it. If the staff is not going to prioritize curbside orders or provide basic customer service, then the service should not be offered. These repeated issues show a clear lack of attention and accountability.

I don’t even know how but this is probably the best chicken finger place I’ve ever had..

And I don’t like the sauce that much!
The Texas toast and the French fries are AMAZING

I’ve gotten it many times and I love it every time

This is an extremely popular restaurant here in my town. My daughter loves the three finger combo. All of the chicken and fries are always fresh. Of course, people come here for the sauce and it does not disappoint. It has a very unique flavor and goes well with the chicken. And I love the crinkle fries, and they are always fresh and crispy. They're fountain. Drinks are always really good with just the right amount of syrup and carbonation. It makes a difference when they use filtered, water and their drinks are always great. I highly recommend trying this chain. Every Raising Canes I've been to is always consistently great.

Food was good, I ordered the 3 piece strip meal. Chicken was juicy and NOT GREASY. Crinkle cut fries were nice and crispy. The bread was amazing! Store was clean and sanitized. Everything a table came open, there was someone cleaning and disinfecting. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the front counter order takers were not friendly at all. Borderline rude. Maybe it was a bad day?? But it wasn't just one employee, it was all three up front. But, worth the trip for the food....
