I ordered a large specialty Pizza for delivery, it took an hour for it to get to my house which is only 10 minutes away. When I got the pizza it was all on one side of the box. All smushed into one sloppy pile. I took pictures and called Westshore Pizza back and the guy said " Oh I'm sorry but we just hired a new driver. I'll make it good for you and put your name down for a free pizza". So a week and half later I order that "Free" pizza and the guy that answered the phone said he'll have the manager call me back. Come to find out, there is no manager there!! So 3 times they lied to me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO WESTSHORE PIZZA!!!!

Terrible experience at Westshore Pizza on Hanley. The blonde white woman working there was extremely rude on the phone, raised her voice over modifications I order regularly, and they still made my pizza wrong.

Her attitude was even worse in person. She said “Oh my God” when I asked her to wait a second while I unlocked my car, then complained about “wasting money on boxes” when my family decided to eat there.

To make matters worse, when I opened the pizza at home, there was an actual receipt sitting directly on the pizza itself. I have a picture of it. That is completely unacceptable and a serious food-handling concern.

I’m a regular customer, but after the disrespect, incorrect order, and finding a receipt touching my food, management seriously needs to address this employee’s behavior and how food is being handled.

Unfortunately it maybe the way it’s run now or people working there but this place was good at one time. I usually call in my pick and always get the same thing xl pepperoni. I recently had to start asking for well done because it was to light each time which was fine. When I looked at the pizza there was no pepperoni on it. I let them know I order a pepperoni pizza even though it says cheese only this is wrong. She said let me correct that for you. So they put pepperoni on a well done pizza back in the oven. Pepperoni wasn’t done but atleast they didn’t burn the pizza. Got home to eat it and now notice there was hardly any sauce on the pizza. So it’s been a little down hill as of lately. This will be the last pizza I buy from here sorry guys but a year ago it was much better

We were the only customers, yet the service was still careless. I ordered two slices and a drink while also placing a to‑go order for wings, fries, and pizzas. The slices were left in the oven until they were burnt, and the staff still tried to serve them to me. I refused because I wasn’t going to eat burnt pizza. My entire to‑go order came out before the slices, and the employees seemed more focused on talking than working.

The Margherita pizza we ordered was a huge disappointment. We asked for a pizza with only ricotta, and the amount they added was excessive. On top of that, the quality of the ricotta was not good at all. Instead of enhancing the flavor, it completely ruined the pizza. Honestly, I was really looking forward to enjoying a good pizza, and this ended up being a very unpleasant experience. Such a shame, because I had much higher expectations.
