We have had our cabinets which were upgraded through our builder from Villa Kitchens. A few months after moving into our new home the cabinets started cracking. After having them replaced 2 times as they continued to crack after each repair Irene at Villa kitchens had her contractor redo the entire kitchen cabinets. Just a month later the cabinets started cracking again. After being completly patient throughout this ordeal and not having cabinets for about 3 months all together, I became very frustrated and finally voiced my opinion to Irene from Villa kitchens where inturn she told me "do not lay the eggs before the hen is ready" wow very proffessional could not believe that I was attacked like this after being soo patient all these times. Still after waiting 3 weeks for my cabinets to be refinished AGAIN I am told to wait another week and than they will make an appotinment for the cabinets to be installed. Bottom line Villa kitchens continues to use the same CHEAP contractor to do their work. There is no compensation towards their customers Neither from the builder, I would expect some sort of gift card or flowers!!! to show that they truely are sorry, however running with your money and not turning back is the only customer satisfaction you the customer will ever see! highly NOT recommened especially because of the lack of CLASS the managemnet needs to have working at VILLA KITCHENS BRAMPTON!!!!
