The team was great, attentive and friendly. Service was fantastic and fast. It all started with a call to Rack Attack looking for a 2" tow hitch. They had one in stock. They had availability within a couple of days and it was installed in a couple of hours. Aside from the solid install job, they have a good selection of bike racks too. I recommend this team and shop for hitches and racks.

Thanks Rack Attack

Rack attack is a high quality operation that has wonderful expertise and knowledge for installing bike racks and hitches on cars. Their knowledge of options is highly comprehensive, and their expertise is augmented by the business owner who also is an expert with bicycles who ran a bicycle business for more than 10 years before his current bike rack business. Their advice on selecting the appropriate product was outstanding and we are very satisfied with our overall purchase and installation with rank attack. I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for the best advice on installing a bike rack for your car.

Efren and team did an exceptional job installing a tonneau cover and crossbar installation on my Tacoma. Great communication, quick service, and polished finish. 11/10.

I've been shopping at Rack Attack for years! Bought my first set of cross bars (Whispbars) and a ski rack (Big Powder Hound) back in 2011 (and still use them!) when the shop used a different name in a different location in San Francisco. I needed a extra large cargo box. Sasha showed me all the options. I decided on the Yakima SkyBox NX XXL, and he had one shipped up in time for the weekend!

I am writing to share my positive experience with the purchase of my SmartCap EVO Sport truck cap from Rack Attack in San Francisco. My wife and I visited the store one weekend and were assisted by Michel, who was on duty at the time. We expressed our interest in the SmartCap EVO Sport truck cap and were met with exceptional customer service. Michel provided detailed information about the product and addressed all our inquiries.

After speaking with Michel, he informed us that Rack Attack could assemble and install the SmartCap on our truck. He explained the assembly process and emphasized that every bolt is torqued to factory specifications. My wife and I were impressed by Michel’s expertise and wanted to think about it and told him that I would call back the next day.

The following day, I called and spoke with Sasha, the manager of Rack Attack in San Francisco. After speaking with Sasha and Michel the previous day, we felt confident in our decision to purchase the SmartCap over the phone and have it installed on our truck.

A few days later, we received a phone call indicating that the SmartCap was ready to ship from their facility. We scheduled an appointment and dropped off our truck at 10:00 AM. At 2:00 PM, I received a phone call informing me that the installation would be completed by 3:00 PM. We were pleasantly surprised by the swift completion of the installation, considering the numerous nuts and bolts that hold the SmartCap together.

Upon our arrival at 3:00 PM, Sasha conducted a comprehensive walkthrough with my wife and myself of the assembled SmartCap on my truck. Sasha and an assistant meticulously assembled the unit and installed it on my truck. The SmartCap was visually appealing and exceeded our expectations.

Rack Attack offers a wide range of innovative products for vehicles, like a specialized toy store for adults. We too were impressed by Sasha’s knowledge and expertise, which further solidified our decision to purchase from Rack Attack was the right choice.
