I came in, right before closing, (4/6) needing some stuff to repot my orchid. There were two very kind, patient and helpful teenagers working, and doing their closing duties. I knew what I needed, just didn't know where it was. The young woman was helpful and SO patient with me. Kept telling me to "take my time" and never once did I feel rushed by them, I was more rushed by my own wanting to get my things and go, so they could close up.

I shop here often, their succulent soil is some of the best and the only one I use. They have a good selection of plants, air plants, succulents and cactuses (Cacti?) They have a great selection of high quality indoor and outdoor plant and gardening needs, substrates, fertilizer, etc, along with the CUTEST yard art/home decor, and other items that make great gifts. The employees are always super kind and helpful. I've never had a bad experience or felt I've paid more for something than necessary.

It's expensive. They do have a rewards program. At checkout, the lady offered me advice on some knock out roses which I appreciated. Their plants are guaranteed and they really are good.

Earl May Garden Center might be running the biggest scam ever, please let everyone know! I had my son stop to pick some things quick, and they have now charged his card the same amount 4 (possibly 5 times) and I can see it on the card activity, but they can’t refund the extra charges and he can’t take anything with him because they haven’t received payment. Do your thing INTERNET and blow this up!!!!

Excellent service, and very helpful. Replaced a tree under warranty with no problems, the manager at the Norfolk NE location was more than helpful. Definitely recommend his store. Went back later to get more perennials they were the only place in town with what I was looking for. Probably the nicest manager I've dealt work, at least the first.
