The service I received from one of the employees was very disappointing. She came across as rude and impatient and did not seem willing to wait. She also appeared to finish her shift early, which added to the impression that she was rushing to leave rather than assisting me properly. I understand that employees can be busy, but customers still deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and patience. I hope management addresses this because the interaction left a very negative impression

The customer service is always great, I've never had an issue. And, if you catch yourself in a line, it usually goes quick.

I barely leave 1 star reviews but this location deserves it in my opinion. I've come here a couple times and I'm always waiting in line for over 20 mins. I've done business with other banks and RBC is the lowest in terms of customer service and customer satisfaction. I can never come here and experience fast customer service.

I had a very bad experience at this branch and will never step a foot In there again. The so called branch manager very unprofessional. Not sure how she become a manager, she doesn’t know how to deal with customers at all. Every single person a this location needs proper training.
RBC should close this location or change the stuff .
Very very poor customer service.

This branch is a masterclass in how not to run a business. Service was painfully slow, but worse than that—no one stepped in to help. Staff who could have jumped in chose instead to avoid eye contact, like ignoring customers was part of their training.

The lack of accountability and teamwork was obvious. It felt like nobody cared whether guests were served or not. I left frustrated and disappointed, and I won’t be returning. If management doesn’t fix this culture of apathy, this place is doomed.
