Went through the drive-through, it was at least 10 to 12 minutes before getting to the window after ordering. I ordered the original 6 piece chicken tender basket with gravy and toast also bbq sauce and a mini snickers blizzard. Upon my arrival at work, I realized, I only had five of the six tenders, had no gravy and barely any fries maybe 20 tops. I had to remind her that I wanted bbq sauce, and I was already disappointed my mini Snickers blizzard was practically melted before she even handed it to me at the window. I wouldn’t of minded having to wait a little extra time if everything in my order was correct and done with care. Instead was waiting all that extra time and everything in my order wrong or melted, I was unsatisfied and disappointed.

if i could give 0 stars i would they charge for sauces/extra sauces and give none EVERY SINGLE TIME and its the only dairy queen near my house and have no phone number to call the store to ask about coming back and getting missing items, this is genuinely the worst fast food place in Morgantown

I drive by this location every day. I go through the drive through at least three times a week. Different times. Different foods and blizzards. Order is always correct. Staff is always friendly. No issues in two years.

Where’s the 0 star button? Went there a month ago or so, spent 15 mins at the drive thru window, my food was on the counter getting cold. Already paid for it. So I went inside to get a refund, disrespected inside but got my refund. Went back today to get ice cream for my daughter. Chris just stood there looking at me and other customer with a dirty look. Gave her ketchup and walked outside to go smoke, completely ignoring me. One girl was on the ice cream side on her phone, one lady at the window doing whatever she was doing. Another girl drawing on a white board. They said someone was upfront, the girl by the ice cream walked completely in front of me to the cooking area. Completely ignored. This is NOT how you run a business. Cell phone policies should be in place. I don’t know how they are still in business there. They need older people in there running it and not kids. Called corporate. Waiting for a call back. Unacceptable. And I doubt anything will be done.
