I frequent this RBC Branch for both personal and business support. The staff here are extremely friendly and efficient and I rarely have to wait for service. There is ample parking and easy access to ATMs. It is a pleasure to do your banking here~!

This branch is amazing. Everyone is friendly and efficient. The Manager, Julia is awesome. I never mind going into the bank when I visit this branch because I know I won't have to wait long.

Vanessa is extremely deserving of a 5/5 rating. She is one of the only tellers that smiles, is welcoming and seems happy to help out clients. She helped me out on the 21st and was a blessing.

The tellers are absolutely miserable. I've never had a pleasant interaction with a teller at this location. I took out a few thousand in cash once and a teller demanded I tell her what the money is for or else she couldn't give it to me. I got the money and she no longer works there. Not saying they're related but this is the type of ladies working here. Just miserable.
