Good Pricing, On-time Delivery, Smooth Installation. While my doors have been installed less that 24 hours I will say that I would definitely recommend Absolute for your door needs. Being in an industry where I deal with production, delivery and service I appreciated everything about the experience. Joe, our technician communicated his arrival times showed up and stayed all day until the job was completed. At one point when he realized the job was larger that anticipated his supervisor (Travis?) came out to support the install.

We found Absolute Garage based on their 5-star reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them.

My wife Kate initially reached out, and their technician Isaiah followed up quickly with a service window. He actually arrived ahead of schedule, which was a great first impression.

Isaiah was professional from the start—introduced himself with a handshake and took the time to ask exactly what was going on. I explained that it sounded like the spring had broken or come unraveled. He assessed the issue right away and clearly explained what had happened. His knowledge and ability to break down the repair in a way that made sense stood out immediately.

Based on his professionalism and the company’s strong reputation, we felt confident moving forward. He left to grab the necessary parts and returned within about an hour, then completed the repair in roughly an hour and a half.

After finishing, Isaiah walked us through everything he had done, making sure we understood the work. He wrapped things up professionally—handshake again, reintroduced himself, and let us know we could reach out directly if we had any questions or wanted to address our second garage door.

We highly recommend Isaiah and Absolute Garage. Excellent service from start to finish.

I had absolute Garage Door install new doors a few years ago. They completely changed the look of my home and I love the look.
Today I had them come out to repair one of the doors; its bearing plate came off and the door wouldn’t work.
Joe did great and I appreciate that he came out the day after I called.

I had a very frustrating experience with Absolute Garage and would not use them again.

I initially contacted them for what I believed was a simple weather-stripping issue. I was told the existing weather-stripping could not be replaced and that a full door replacement was required. I felt significant pressure to sign quickly, including being offered $100 off if I signed within 15 minutes. Under that pressure, I moved forward, and by the time I had time to reassess, the order had already been placed and could not be canceled.

Afterward, I hired a handyman who successfully replaced the weather stripping in about 30 minutes, which directly contradicted what I was told.

During installation, there were multiple professionalism and workmanship issues:
• A completion-of-work document was signed without my authorization. I was not present, and the technician (Isaiah) signed it assuming approval. The company later acknowledged this.
• Loose screws and bolts were left on the floor, and I later discovered loose screws on the rail that were causing the door to hit during operation.
• The MyQ sensor was removed and not returned the same day, requiring a follow-up visit.
• The bottom of the garage door was not sealed properly after installation.
• The new door was noticeably noisier than the previous door.
• The windows were left dirty after installation.

To their credit, the company did return to address the issues once I escalated to them, and even that required multiple phone calls and an email. However, the combination of high-pressure sales tactics, being told a repair was impossible when it clearly was not, and basic installation and paperwork issues made this a very poor experience overall.

For a multi-thousand-dollar project, I expected honesty, professionalism, and better quality control. I cannot recommend this company.
