I love Dolce & Gabbana. I usually shop at Short Hills Mall, but a friend invited me to this outlet. When I got to the store, a sales assistant named Odete helped me—she was really nice. I would definitely go back; it’s about 1 hour and 20 minutes from me, but I saved more than $1,000 on a dress. It’s worth the trip! Just keep in mind that it’s an outlet mall, so they don’t always have all sizes available and they don’t let a lot people at once in the store. For basics reason plus they close 7:00 pm the mall close at 9:00

I waited in line and knocked. A man told me to wait, which I did. After some time, I walked away since no one came out (they were keeping occupancy low for staff, which I understand). However, a group of five people then approached the door and were let in without any issue. I returned to the door and waited again. After three people left, the guard finally allowed me inside. While in the store, no one bothered to ask if I needed assistance. I’m not one to make things about my sexuality, but it felt blatantly clear that I was disregarded and ignored because I am gay. When I explained the situation to the manager, she only replied, “Of course not.” Manager then proceeded to disregard the issue entirely.

For some reason they only let 2 people in the store at once so had to wait outside in heat which wasn’t a huge issue not the end of the world. Once inside the store the employees were patient, pleasant and helpful. Purchased a wallet and am very happy with it so far

I wish I can put 0 stars. I came to spend money here, but dumb security said that he can’t let us in, because they’re closing in 10 minutes. He said “You gonna ask questions and we want to close our store 6:30, we can’t spend our time on you”.
