I got to the the door at 840 pm and the guy didn't want open the door the guy said they where close when this store closes at 9 pm corporate needs to look into this why they are closing early

I would never go back there ... the girl allaia or alla who says she is named is a disgusting girl she treated me super badly even in front of her manager and they did nothing made perfume in the store as if she were an insect .. without first giving me back what she had bought and I had to demand that she give me what I had paid ... very disrespectful they should not have people like that anywhere ...

I recently visited your store and had a very disappointing experience. Despite there being no crowd inside, I was made to wait outside. Once inside, I noticed that no one greeted me, and the staff seemed unapproachable. Additionally, the security guard was particularly rude and unhelpful, which made my visit even more unpleasant.

I believe customer service is a crucial part of any business, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope you will address these concerns to improve the overall shopping experience for future customers.

The clothes I picked up had threads coming undone and I was thinking if I bought the pants I would have wasted my money. The lady was pushy and I don’t like pushy I know what I want and I know my shoe size. After the experiences I went through today with these stores I’ll go online and not wear what everyone else is wearing

I will never come back to the store ever again. They made you wait outside, While no one is in the store shopping. The black guy in the front has a BIG attitude issue. While I was waiting outside in line, I asked, “what the holdup is” And he said, sales rep needs to get ready… All four of the sales reps were inside on their phone. Stay away!
