My property has now been under the management of Remax for the past 3 years.

I discussed my options with Mr. Ashraf about a possible renewal, because although this property has received alternative offers, there have been no problems with our arrangement during this time.

The clear communication and expertise shown by Mr. Ashraf, has given me the confidence to proceed with our relationship knowing that this company holds the clients interests in good regard.

Thank you for the service you are providing, we look forward to continuing a successful partnership for the foreseeable future.

I recently signed a guaranteed rent agreement with Estate Agents Ilford based on Ilford Lane, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth, professional, and transparent, thanks to their exceptional team.

A close friend recommended them, as they have been managing his property for years with great results. True to their reputation, the team offered me a very competitive rent and ensured all terms were clear and fair.

A special shout-out to Ms. Laila Khan and Mr. Ikram Ashraf for their outstanding support. Laila was incredibly responsive, guiding me through every step with patience and expertise. Ikram’s professionalism and attention to detail made the paperwork hassle-free. Their dedication truly sets them apart!

The lettings team as a whole is highly efficient, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. If you’re looking for a reliable estate agent in Ilford for guaranteed rent or property management, I wholeheartedly recommend Estate Agents Ilford.

Thank you, Laila, Ikram, and the entire team—looking forward to a long and successful partnership!
