On October 15, I ordered four meals over the phone because their website was down. I spent a total of $69 on four burgers, one onion ring, and one fry. Over the phone after the order I was told my order will be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived at Burger shack 10 minutes later. I walked in and gave my Name And paid. I was told they were in the process of making an order. I patiently waited for 30 minutes checking in every 10 minutes. After 30 minutes the cashier apologize to me letting me know. She made a mistake and my order was ready when I had a ride originally. I took the order home. Most of the food was cold. I’ve always enjoyed the service and quality of burger, shack. But they really failed me on the service.

We used to be regulars here. Burgers were good and I personally enjoyed the grilled chicken, however we’ve had too many careless experiences with the “manager” (I don’t think they even exist at this point) never addressing the issues.

My most recent visit, I asked for a well-done burger for my mom, who cannot eat rare meat as she has an auto-immune disorder and furthermore only treats herself to burgers sporadically. Normally, I cut into the burger to make sure since we’ve had the issue of getting rare foods before (though one of the cooks gives us a dirty look when we do), but they’d been doing good about it so I decided to trust it. Big mistake.

At that point my mother didn’t even want a second burger, she just wanted her money back, since we didn’t want to to drive another 15 minutes there and back for a fix. We just wanted a refund for the mistaken burger.

First, the girl who picked up the phone isn’t even know how to do the refund and apparently none of the employees can issue refunds. Only the manager. She told me the manager would call when he/she got in. I went back in person anyway, and I asked them what time the manager comes in. Another guy there said at 10pm after close but apparently he/she is never even in. So when am I going to get this refund ??

We’ve had the raw meat issue before, as well as steel wool in our fries, all of which were never addressed or compensated. Well, this was the last straw. The lack of accountability and follow up as well as rude staff and absent manager who had no interest in customer experience just their money. Good burgers, sure but not good enough to put up with this.

Hands down one of the best burger joints in town. The quality of the meat is top-notch—the patty is thick, cooked perfectly, and incredibly flavorful. Even the side of honey mustard sauce stood out; it tasted genuinely homemade, not like that generic store-bought stuff. Great food overall!

Food tasted good but some sections of burger did not get salted evenly. Overall a great experience especially if our uneven burger was a on-off rare error.

Went to the burger shack for a quick lunch while on break from work. It definitely hit the spot for a solid burger, the food came out quick and fresh and tasted great. Would def go back as they have overall good food. Staff was friendly as well and the interior hits the spot for what feels like a quick burger"shack". 4 stars instead of 5 because although they asked what temp to cook the burger to (medium), all our burgers came out well done. Still good though and we crushed.
