I can't believe how they can still have a pharmacy there with how many times they mess up prescriptions. And their auto refill is crap I've been without my medications multiple times having to call and call and call. Do better Hy-Vee.

This pharmacy is always very busy, and the lines inside and at the drive-thru can get long at times. Even when its busy, the pharmacist never makes me feel rushed, they take the time to really go over my medications and explain things clearly. What stood out most to me was how much they cared. One pharmacist in particular made me feel like what I was going through truly mattered to them, and that kind of care is hard to find anymore. The technicians there are always working non-stop and running around, but I've had a few of them still go out of their way to help me look for discounts and save money on my prescription. Even on some of the busiest days that I come in to get my prescriptions, I can tell that that everyone in this pharmacy genuinely cares about the people they are helping. This is why I'll keep coming back to this pharmacy.

By far the dirtiest Hy-vee I have ever stepped foot on. Women’s Restroom absolutely disgusting at 10 am! And don’t get me started on their bakery department, I got a cake written on, and it was just the grossest looking piping bag I have ever seen. Their kitchen staff are clueless as wel. Definitely not a good store to be shopping at.
