This is one of the cleanest Sky Zone locations I’ve ever visited. The facility is spacious, well-maintained, and has plenty of open areas for kids to run around and play safely. We visited on a Sunday, and it was surprisingly comfortable—not overcrowded at all. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

It could be more clean. Seen workers just walking by trash and not even pick up. It would be cleaner if you strictly left food and drinks in the cafe area. Also it would be cleaner if you didn’t allow parents to walk on the decks with their shoes on. It should be a shoe free facility even if you are an observer. We didn’t eat because I’ve seen a worker come from the floor and then try to take my order without washing their hands so I just passed on food but ordered 2 Gatorades and it came to $10!

This is unfortunately my second bad experience at this location, and it’s the reason I’m finally leaving a review.
Some time ago, my son’s scheduled birthday party was canceled just 16 hours prior due to a “maintenance emergency.” While that was incredibly disappointing, I chose not to leave a review then, assuming it was out of their control. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience was completely unrelated—and far worse.

To be fair, the younger staff members are kind and polite, and while the park itself is okay for children to play, it is not well maintained. Parents also should realistically plan to scrub their kids down as soon as they get home.

The biggest issue, however, is management. The manager, Courtney, was extremely rude and off-putting—an experience that clearly mirrors what many other reviewers have already shared. The interaction my 2-year-old son and I had this evening was upsetting enough that, as of tonight, I will be canceling my membership at this location.

Additionally, I will be encouraging (enforcing lol) my siblings—who typically visit with us—to cancel their memberships as well, bringing the total to three additional memberships.

I would strongly recommend families consider Off Limitz Adventure Park at Potomac Mills, or make the drive to the Springfield or Fredericksburg locations instead, where customer service and overall experiences are far better.

Additionally, for anyone planning a birthday party, there are several similar vendors offering better pricing, more inclusive party packages, and far superior birthday accommodations and incentives.

This review isn’t written lightly—it’s written after giving this location multiple chances. I truly hope upper management takes the consistent feedback seriously and makes meaningful changes.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I just want to take a moment to appreciate every single employee at this location — they are absolutely amazing! Everyone here is so hard-working, patient, and polite, especially with the kids. They truly make this place such a joy to visit.

My family and I drive 30 minutes just to come here because the experience is always wonderful. A special shout-out to Azar and another team member with curly hair (sorry, I didn’t catch the name) and at the front desk who scans the ticket simple amazing all were so kind and helpful.

Thank you to the whole team for always creating such a positive and welcoming environment. You all really deserve recognition for the great work you do!
