The team is extremely responsive and thorough. We have an old roof and around New Years, we started hearing loud bangs on the roof from the extreme wind. The team came over (it was freezing cold), showed our family what was wrong, and we gave them the go ahead to fix it.
Our turbines were essentially unscrewed and ripping apart from the roof, the vents from the washrooms were the incorrect ones which leads to less ventilation and higher mold chances!! I'd rather pay more for the RIGHT service as we're not experts and don't really know which vents are for what.This team showed us the options, gave us prices, and based on our experience with them, would highly recommend. They are honest, respectful, and provide great quality of work.

We went back with them to redo our whole roof this summer. Our neighbours heard us raving about them and will go with them too!
