This store is very very helpful from my 1sy time visit and to my second time . Angela thought I was walking out with boots but she didnt know when I bought them. I was trying to stretch them out walking around the store I went to put away my other shoes in the car. She offered to spray my boots to even give me socks on the house and tips about this gell to help relieve pain from my new boots. She even helped with my boyfriend outfit for the weekend to match me I really had a great time even when she thought I was running away with my boots she cut my tag off for me. Definitely will come back here. Very kind people to the older lady to the lady with pretty nails and the guy that also help about how boots should be worn and feel. The accommodation was phenomenal 👏

Ridiculous.
We have spent so much money at boot barn for my husbands work clothes and boots over the years.

The one time I go to get something for myself I have issues. I started a new job and needed something fast. I THOUGHT boot barn was my safe haven.

Sadly this store didn’t have a lot of options for my size but I needed something fast for something at my new job and I didn’t have time to run all over to different stores. I kept saying to different people working there “‘they feel too big but I need something fast” with different peoples responses “thicker socks may help” or “you can always return them”. They didn’t tell me the fine details of return. And I didn’t read the “fine print” receipt while running around. ( by the way the pair I grabbed had a scuff mark on the boot toe but I didn’t complain when buying. I just needed something. I should have been difficult and haggled and complained to get something out of it I suppose. )

So I wore them for 30 min in the normal environment I’d need them for - not at home on flat floors and they were uncomfortable even with “thicker socks”. I go to “return them” and talk about difficult. Not a budge. No flexibility at all. Policies are….. it’s on the receipt…..blah blah

I also learned I could get a discount at my new job and mentioned it while trying to return it but nothing with that either. Not even a “oh let me proceed discount and credit card back”. It was “well you need to tell us when you buy”. I feel it’s all laziness.

I Literally learned of the discount when I was wearing the big uncomfortable boots among coworkers.

Amazon for the win I guess. Or maybe time to find a store with a bit more flexibility and understanding. Thank you boot barn - Clearly Customer satisfaction and service is down the tubes.

Angela, you need to find a new job. This place is terrible! The customer service was horrible. She acted like it was her job to constantly repeat herself on store policy about a purchase that was made two hours earlier. She claimed that the boots we had just purchased were worn, making false accusations. It was so unprofessional! Not to mention, the boots I just bought are also worn. I asked Angela if she wanted to take a picture in case I needed to exchange them, but she refused to help me and started lecturing me again, saying I was causing problems.

Beatrice is so nice! Please give her a raise and or bonus. She saved my day and made me a very happy customer. I did an online pickup in store order. I came to the store to pickup my online order which were white boots. There was a mark on them and some of the bedazzle pearls where already fading in color/paint coming off. How can this be with a brand new pair of boots? I asked her if I could take a look around the store to see if I could do an exchange for the same pair they had in store, size 8.I looked around and did not see my size and I told her that. She said are you sure? The store says we have size 8, let me check for you. So she went to the back and checked all over the store. Such nice customer service. She found a pair, size 8! The ones at her store looked soooo much better than the ones I had ordered online. She was so nice, so very helpful and professional and positive attitude all along the way. She even reminded me to use my coupon. Please give her a raise, bonus, employee of the month and even whole year.
