I am so impressed with the service today! Bailey was over an hour and a half after my call, and cleared my blocked drain in no time. He was super knowledgeable and checked all of sinks and other showers. He wiped down everything and left the tub in top shape. He was friendly and very professional. Much appreciated!!

⭐️ OUTSTANDING SERVICE ⭐️

We had an emergency situation this Saturday as our drain had overflowed and flooded a small area in our basement. We called Mr Rooter and instantaneously a lady named Lynn answered. She was very friendly, calming and had explained a timeline of when a tech would be by and what to do in the meantime.

Not even an hour later we had Bailey James come to our rescue. He was the absolute highlight and the reason we will continue to have Mr Rooter service us. He was professional, kind and efficient. He explained the situation, cost of the service and some recommendations going forward. He even went over and above by helping my husband move our washer dryer back into place.

What was a very overwhelming situation turned into the dispatcher and plumber coming to our rescue and on top of that adding amazing customer service and friendly interactions to boot. We will be recommending Mr Rooter Plumbing and continue to have their number for any of our future plumbing needs.

After discovering our sewer needed urgent help, we called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Lethbridge and they were onsite within an hour. Their team was fast, friendly, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way about what was happening and what needed to be done.

While the shock of needing a sewer replacement was definitely overwhelming, their reliable service and caring approach truly helped make the situation and the price tag much easier to handle.

What really stood out was that they even called afterward to check on how their service was and to make sure everything was going well. How awesome is that?

Water heater tank went kaput. Called Mr rooter to install of a new tank i already had in possession. Unfortunately it was not compatible. Had to purchase a new tank to replace it.

Wasn't within my budget but they were able to facilitate with reasonable financing. Staff were friendly and professional.

No more cold showers..

The most exceptional plumbing service in Lethbridge

From the very first call, Mr. Rooter exceeded my expectations. April, who answered the phone, was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and reassuring during a stressful situation. She truly set the tone for the entire experience and made me feel heard and cared for right away.

The field supervisor, Travis, arrived quickly and was extremely efficient. He troubleshot the issue with confidence, explained everything clearly, and offered a variety of replacement options so I could make an informed decision without pressure. His professionalism and calm presence immediately put me at ease.

Even more impressive, the technicians Scott and Zack were able to replace my hot water tank the same day. Both tech’s were kind, approachable, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do.

I felt genuinely well cared for from start to finish. Exceptional service, outstanding communication, and true professionalism—Mr. Rooter is hands down the best plumbing service in Lethbridge. Highly recommend.

Water Heater was leaking so I called Mr. Rooter and they had a technician over same day. They were upfront with the pricing and were able to get the tank swapped out before end of day.
