Terrible experience. Zero followthrough despite multiple followups. Kent told us on several different occasions to expect invoices and booking confirmations for our basement job and just disappeared without fulfilling any of it.

Will strongly recommend people stay away from this company since they seem incapable of making good on their promises.

We had ~3" basement flooding that sat for ~18 hours before the floor drain was able to be cleared and the water exited. The next day, Double Clean Restoration came out to tear out carpet & baseboards, and lay down fans & dehumidifiers. They said they'd be back in 3-4 days to pick up the fans and start talking next steps. We didn't know any better, so we said okay. 10 days later, we've been texting them multiple times asking them when they'll be back out. Moisture (100% reading on the insurer's moisture meter) was sitting in my walls for 8+ days, I eventually bought a circular saw and laser level, cut out drywall myself, took my crowbar and other tools, ripped out the attached cabinetry and took down attached shelves, etc. We've coordinated with an appliance company ourselves, and when the appliance tech came out, he said it was weird that we had called them, because usually restoration companies call them and coordinate on behalf of homeowners. Service was great at first, they came promptly and provided a detailed quote and explanation of the work. They came and tested our garage for mold and we received the report back. After talking to Kent, we were told we would receive an additional quote that day for a full scope of work. We received nothing. Checked our junk mail multiple times, but nothing came through. We waited 1 week, as we understood it’s a busy time. Sent a text to follow up at the number that he previously text us from and didn’t receive a reply. It’s been another week since that text and still nothing. What started out as impressive has turned disappointing and we will be seeking assistance from another company. We are more than patient but there was way too much over promise and under deliver.

We have an 80 year old friend who is a widow and had a Diarrhea related accident ... which required removal of dirty bedding and cleanup on the floor, and the bathroom.

We contacted Double Clean who were able to respond with a crew in less than 2 hours. The crew cleaned up the mess ... put the laundry on a Sanitize wash ... made the bed with clean sheets and pad ... and cleaned the floor and all hard touchable surfaces ... including handrails and counter tops.

When we arrived to check their work the Double Clean crew was all done ... and Sean Burke of Double Clean really impressed us ... with his kindness to our friend. Sean took the time to reassure our friend that these things happen ... and that everything was clean ... and Sean even spent some time helping our friend with her puzzle as he waited our arrival.

Although this was embarrasing for our friend ... Sean's empathy and kindness ... along with their speedy cleanup work ... turned a very bad morning ... into a much nicer afternoon.

Excellent Service from a Company that cares.
