Edison was amazing he helped me get set up really easy with my rental. He was funny, extremely helpful and also really nice. I would most definitely recommend him for anyone coming to rent a unit.

Brian made the process so pleasant and stress-free. Took the time to show me several unit options and explain how it all works. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Signed on for a unit same day. / about the location: convenient and clean.

Absolutely incredible experience at Extra Space Storage! Edison, the manager, truly went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our transition to a new unit as easy and seamless as possible. He was professional, patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out perfectly for us.

It’s rare to receive this level of customer service, and Edison made what could have been a stressful process completely smooth and hassle-free. Extra Space Storage is very lucky to have him! We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and storage. Thank you, Edison!

This place is awesome! We have been storing our overflow items here for over 25 years and they have always treated us with the utmost courtesy, respect, and professionalism. My most recent encounter with Edison was no different. Nice to know that this business, located in Pembroke Pines, employs such caring and hard-working people. Extra Space Storage is the best!
