HORRIBLE experience. I booked them for a corporate event and played 4 games, had lunch and drinks. Two of the games were broken (Cyber sports and Time freak) and the coordinator gave us wrong vests and ruined our laser tag game. When I told him, he said: "yea so we're moving to your next game now". They have charged me extra and I've been unsuccessful to get a hold of them since Friday. This has been by far THE WORST corporate event I have organized for our company.

My sons birthday was at RINX. The staff were terrible in every way. They had no idea what was happening, they didn't care to engage with the kids and help them with the activities, and the food was late. I called management A number of times to complain and surprisingly the manager never called back!

If you are considering hosting a party at Rinx, do think about that really well. They boast on their website as being home to newly renovated party rooms. The birthday coordinator, Shauna, even has this byline on her email signature: All New Party Rooms & Ask about our NEW Glow in the Dark Party Room! Do not be fooled. Not all party rooms are renovated and when I made mention of this at the party and after the party - they hide behind the comment "we don't guarantee" any rooms when we book parties. It has nothing to do with guaranteeing rooms and has more to do with misrepresenting their company on the website. So do not book with them. Awful customer service.

I just hit the minimum of 12 people, and when I said I was ready to book the appointment I was ignored. I do understand you cater mostly to large groups, but if you're not going to bother with a group of 12 then please raise your minimum.

We had a wonderful time at RINX last night!! Thank you for organizing and making sure we had a good time!

The games kept us busy for a long time and we all enjoyed the energy of the activities. We are still discussing them this morning…..

The food was good too and we all enjoyed the variety of wings. The customized drink feature was a nice surprise for everyone. Thank you for the effort to find and print the company logo on the picture frames.

A number of us really loved the Graffiti game but missed out on printing the pictures taken and were enquiring if you can email digital copies of the pictures.
Waiting to hear about the final numbers for the Open Bar.

We had our staff holiday party in one of Rinx's private bowling alleys. We bowled and played the time freak game (cardio!). The whole team had a great time, we bowled and had drinks. The Rinx staff was pleasant and accommodating. The private party rooms are great when you want to hang out with your own crowd.

the food was terrible, I dont mind paying a premium for the food but the problem is that the food is so bad its not even worth a dollar, I think they make their food a week in advance and wait until its sold.
