Erica the property manager was always polite and took care of any issues that I had in a professional and timely fashion. Great person to work with. I would highly recommend using the storage facility mainly because of her.

Highly recommend, very easy to setup and get a unit online. The assistant manager Tim was very helpful and met all my needs. He answered all my questions and took his time to help me find my unit and tour the property. Hands down the easiest storage facility to deal with. I recommend these guys to my close family and friends!

Thank-you guys... Erika proved to be a true asset to the company at this Clearwater site.. While I rented space there, I was treated with utmost respect; as all inquiries were answered promptly, ideas were welcomed; while other previous interactional experiences were not. This exemplifies a refreshing human touch within this existent / often imposingly...complex & automated world. Much blessings...THANK YOU!
