United was great to get our job site trailer set and ready to go and helped out in a huge pinch on a generator. Ryan and Rob have great customer service and deserve raises and/or donuts.

United Rental is without question the best source in town! My equipment was delivered quickly and the delivery driver was very courteous and placed it right where I needed it. Great customer service and very friendly personnel. I would recommend United before I would ever try any other outfit in town. These guys are the bomb👍
Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.
My best experience ever renting and they really took great care of me!

John went above and beyond taking care of everything I needed. These guys are a great👍

This place is horrible. The one and only time i used this place is for my work. We filed the paper work to get an account set up and make a reservation to rent a scissor lift and have it delivered a week in advance. After an hour when it was supposed to arrive I called to discover not only was the reservation cancelled the equipment was not available for rent. They did eventually get me something I could use after waiting for 3 hours. When I call to have it picked up I was very clear to the person who answered the phone Savannah, that it needed to be picked up before 3:30. I get a call later that evening at 5:00 that the driver is on his way to get the scissor lift. I had to explain to the driver he would have to come back the next day. The lift was picked up the next day. With out further incident. This is why I refuse to deal with this company. Poor communication with customers, poor communication with each other, and little desire to try to keep customers.

The first two times I rented equipment this spring were great. I made a reservation two weeks ago for a piece of equipment tomorrow and I called in today to confirm, and they said sorry, no equipment is available. Lots of people and time frames were dependant on this and now I'm scrambling. I guess reservations here don't mean much, proceed with caution.

I have ALWAYS had great service from Ahern. Their equipment is well maintained and it always works! On the one and only time I had any issues with a generator I called them and they were on site within 30 minutes (on a Saturday night).
